I don’t remember every little detail about the delivery, but I do remember being happy when I opened it. The quilt fabric arrived safely, packed nice and neat, and it wasn’t squished at all.

I ordered quilt backing, but uh, twice now I’ve ended up with different fabric in the box. The invoice showed the right item, so my order was correct, but what they shipped wasn’t. Customer service has been slow to respond, and I still don’t have the fabric I paid for.

I ordered some quilting fabric and truly expected the usual waiting game, but nope—Keepsake Quilting had other plans. It showed up so fast I almost felt unprepared, like the package beat me to my own project. Everything was packed nicely, the shipping updates made sense, and I wasn’t stuck refreshing tracking for days like I’ve done with other shops. i’m really happy with how quickly they got my order out.

I signed up for the subscription club and, it’s been okay. Some months I open it and the fabric is really lovely... like, genuinely nice. But other times the colors just aren’t really my thing, you know? Shipping has been fine too, not bad, just not especially quick. I do still look forward to opening it each month, I just kind of wish it felt a little more consistent.

I ordered a few cotton prints from Keepsake Quilting, and overall the fabric was nice. It’s soft without feeling flimsy, and it washed up fine with no odd fading or anything. That said, one of the pieces was noticeably darker than it looked in the photo, which was a little irritating, though I can still use it. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I’d probably order again, but it would be really helpful if the pictures showed the colors more accurately.

I was surprised by how much Keepsake Quilting actually had in stock. I’d been hunting for a fabric line that was sold out at two other shops, and here it was available, with the quantities shown clearly enough that I felt okay placing the order.

I bought a few yards plus some backing fabric, and everything went through without anything getting canceled afterward, which is always my main worry with quilting sites. Based on this one order, it seems like they’re better than a lot of places at keeping their inventory accurate.
Shipping was normal, not super fast or anything, but everything I picked showed up and looked right. If this experience is any indication, Keepsake Quilting is probably going to be one of the first places I check next time

I found everything I needed really fast, which was rude because I was fully prepared to wander around pretending I had self-control. So many quilt fabrics to pick from, and somehow I still managed to get in and out without a whole cart of “just in case” fabric.

I do like the quilt designs, and I’ll probably still use the patterns, but I have to admit the instructions weren’t the easiest to follow. A few steps made me stop and reread them several times before I felt like I understood what to do. It’s not a bad set overall, and I’m okay with it, but I do wish there were more pictures or the wording was a little simpler.

The fabric itself feels good and worked fine for my quilt, but the colors were definitely brighter in the online photos than they looked in person. I can still use it, so it wasn’t a total loss, but I was a little disappointed because it wasn’t quite what I had pictured. I had been really excited for it to arrive, so it was a bit of a letdown.

I was really looking forward to this quilt kit, but it ended up being sorta underwhelming. Some of the fabric felt thinner than I expected, and a couple of the cuts weren’t very even, which made it a little frustrating to work with.

The pattern itself was okay, but I found myself double-checking the instructions a lot, so it slowed me down more than I’d hoped. It’s not the worst kit I’ve used, but for the price, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

Returning the item ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected, and the refund took a really long time to come through. I get that returns can take a bit, but it feels like the right thing to do is make the process clear and fair for customers who already sent the product back.

I was disappointed with the catalog this time. The pages just felt outdated, and trying to figure out how to order was harder than it should’ve been.

My order arrived just fine and the whole shopping experience was smooth. The fabric is nice and I’m happy with it overall, though the shipping cost was a little higher than I expected.

I had to wait a few days to hear back from support, which was frustrating. When they finally replied, the answer was kinda vague and didnt really clear things up for me.

I’ve found some really good prices on quilting stuff here, especially when there’s a sale. Definitely worth checking out if you know what you’re looking for.

I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept tapping around and still couldn’t find what I needed. It was just really hard to use on my phone, and nothing felt easy to locate.
